Cynthia Dakan developed a caring persona for humans and animals (horses) early in life. Cynthia’s mother was stricken with polio and as a young child, Cynthia sat by her mother’s bed and massaged and warmed her mother’s feet. This early service prepared Cynthia for her life's mission of working in massage and reflexology. Her early childhood love of ponies and learning to care for horses evolved to horse massage.
